Description:
The M-STOBAR slowly works its way upgrade through Rowen passing the M-MODBAR which has been stuck in there in the siding all afternoon with power troubles. The M-STOBAR is not free of power trouble either though as a burnt up traction motor on the second unit out is laying down quite a smoke screen.
