Description:
Running along the sheer cliffs of Afton Canyon 3 GE locomotives lead a Trona bound coal train out of the Mojave River sink and west towards Yermo. At Yermo a new crew will take the train over the BNSf to Barstow, and then head north to Mojave on the BNSF's Mojave Sub. At Mojave another UP crew will take the train up the Lone Pine Sub to be interchanged at Searles with the Trona Railway which will take it to its final destination of Trona.
